World visualizers
Bars, wave rings, nebulae, rain, geometry, fireflies, world lyrics, and more rendered around the player.
Five Minecraft versions / Fabric + NeoForge
The Harmonic Client transforms live audio into glowing geometry, world lyrics, dynamic light, and synchronized multiplayer scenes.
Built around the audio
Every layer, from world particles to party playback, is driven by the same live bass, mid, treble, tempo, and beat data.
Bars, wave rings, nebulae, rain, geometry, fireflies, world lyrics, and more rendered around the player.
See nearby players' visualizer style and audio response through fast shared state updates.
Synced lyric lines exist in the scene above the player, separate from the optional HUD widget.
Cross-server groups, party chat, roles, synchronized queues, and reconnect-safe membership through the relay.
Shape, gradient, size, bloom, dynamic light, thickness, movement, and reactivity controls.
Encrypted cross-server synchronization at thc.alcoholicwizards.com, disabled until you enable it.
Live world preview
The preview uses the mod's circular geometry, band weighting, layered waveform harmonics, beat pulse, and gradient mapping rather than a generic equalizer.
Right-click the play button for volume. On a phone, double-tap it.
World-space, not a HUD mockup. The stage uses a perspective ground plane and player origin to demonstrate how the effect surrounds a Minecraft player.

For Minecraft servers
The THC server mod lets administrators provide server audio and moderate tracks or requests on that server. The client mod still handles playback and visuals for each player.
Clear answers
What THC does, how its features work, and which build fits your setup.
Read all user agreementsNo. The Fabric and NeoForge jars do not bundle executables or native libraries. Optional pinned versions of yt-dlp and FFmpeg download only after you press the download button, and hashes are verified before use.
Direct downloads are the canonical release. When a release is also available on Modrinth, it may host the identical canonical jars after moderation completes; the published SHA-256 values let you verify a mirror byte-for-byte.
Not for the optional external relay. A server-side THC channel can synchronize players on one server, while the relay supports verified cross-server parties and visualizer state.
THC samples bass, mid, treble, level, tempo, and beat energy from the selected playback or capture source. Visualizers map those live values to geometry, particles, bloom, movement, and dynamic light.
Yes. Declining disables provider-link playback that needs yt-dlp and FFmpeg, but local capture, settings, visualizers, and other client features remain available.
Minecraft 1.21.1 is always updated and checked first as THC's source-of-truth build. After that work is complete, one of the other maintained Minecraft targets is selected at random for the next port or update pass, so non-primary versions may not be updated in numeric order.
THC supports Unicode world lyrics for Latin text and diacritics, Cyrillic, Korean Hangul, Japanese kana and kanji, Chinese Han characters, and shaped right-to-left Arabic.
It is a browser simulation, not Minecraft rendering. Its geometry and audio response mirror the mod's formulas closely, while shaders, particles, depth, and dynamic light still look best in-game.
Infrastructure supporter
Alcoholic Wizards supports THC without owning it. It provides the infrastructure that hosts this website and the multiplayer relay. The Harmonic Client remains independently created and owned by its creator.
